The 3M™ Compounding Pad is a high performing double sided, 100% wool pad constructed with single ply untwisted wool allowing great surface contact while giving an aggressive cut and finish.
3M™ double sided pads feature a light weight built-in support at the center which allows for excellent control and durability. This support works with the unique 3M™ Quick Connect Adapter allowing you to attach a rotary buffer for a fast, precisely centered attachment.
Best suited for heavy compounding applications to remove heavy oxidation, scratches and surface defects on boat gelcoat. Use with the 3M™ Perfect-It™ Heavy Cutting Compound for best results.
Use only with 3M™ Quick Connect Adapter, not included.
